These terms & compliance conditions govern every order on PeptideLabNova. By placing an order, you agree to all of them — the research-use-only rule first of all. This page is the binding agreement between you and the supplier, and the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into it by reference.

Terms & Compliance: Scope of This Agreement

These terms apply to every visit, every order and every download on peptidelabnova.com, whether you are a first-time buyer or a lab with a standing account. If any part is unenforceable where you are located, the rest still stands.

1. Research Use Only

All products are research reagents for laboratory use — in vitro studies, analytical reference work, and approved animal-model research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they are never for human or veterinary use. PeptideLabNova does not provide dosing, administration or clinical guidance of any kind, and nothing on this site is medical advice. See the FDA‘s research-use framework for context.

2. Buyer Requirements

  • You are 18 or older and purchase in a bona fide research context
  • Your laboratory or institution procedures cover the intended study
  • You comply with all local laws for the substances you import
  • You will not resell products for human or veterinary use

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted subject to stock and batch availability, and payment is processed at checkout. Prices are shown per vial and per milligram where applicable; the Shop price is the price. Any error in an invoice is corrected by notice within 30 days under these terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Lyophilized vials ship vacuum-sealed via USPS or UPS, within 24 business hours, tracked by email. Risk passes to the buyer on carrier acceptance, but the Shipping & Returns page and the Refund Policy still cover lost, damaged and mis-delivered packages. Transit time is not guaranteed under these terms unless a delivery window was quoted in writing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms in full. In short: unopened vials within 30 days, damaged shipments replaced immediately, and no return accepted for opened vials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — guides, certificate formatting, photography, brand assets — belongs to PeptideLabNova and may not be copied for competing supply without written permission. Buyers may keep certificates for their own records.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are sold as research reagents with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the published certificate data. Liability is limited to the price paid for the affected vials, and there is no liability for indirect or experimental losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are first submitted to good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in Delaware, with the FTC‘s consumer-protection standards applied where relevant.

9. Changes to These Terms

Updated terms are published here with a new effective date. Continued ordering after an update means acceptance of the revised terms & compliance conditions.

Nothing in the storefront, product descriptions or certificates changes this agreement unless it is signed by the operator. Publication on this page does not waive any reservation of rights; the absence of a penalty for one breach does not forgive the next.

Records and notice: order and shipment records are held under the applicable tax-keeping rules of the state the store operates in, and written requests for your own purchase documentation are answered within 30 calendar days, redacted of any other customer name.

Disputes pass through one step first: 30 calendar days of good-faith settlement conversation before any claim is filed. If the conversation fails, the governing law and venue section of this agreement applies on its own, and neither side depends on the other to point it out.

Compliance anchoring: the store conforms to the distribution rules of the jurisdiction wherever the goods cross a border, and the research-use declaration you accept at checkout is part of this same agreement. A copy of that declaration is kept for the lifetime of the account, so the two sides always share the same record.
